PREREGISTRATION FORM
Please Preregister for the CAF 2012 before the event and we will automatically place your name in the hat for several drawings.
Event Fees - To be paid at the Registration Desk in lobby of hotel. Note that you must be registered and have paid to be eligible for drawings.
CAF Entrance Fee - $20 per person for the entire weekend
Swapmeet Fee - $20 per parking space to sell and tailgate
Swapmeet Fee - None to Visit and Purchase
